Bad Bunny

I tapped into an existing cultural wave, and helped inspire an already hungry audience.

Bad Bunny’s 2026 performance was the first time a Latino artist has headlined the halftime show solo, and it was performed entirely in Spanish. It of course came with criticism.

Despite the backlash, Bad Bunny's show featured a message of love and unity, ending with a message on a football reading "Together we are America" and closed with the phrase, "The only thing more powerful than hate is love". He also said "God bless America" while marching off the field.

After securing approval from the original artist Shepard Fairey, in less than 48 hours, this post that I and my good friend created (that I predicted he would lean on ‘love” due to his previous Grammy’s message) overnight, generated more than 1.4 million impressions, organically reshared by numerous celebrities like Pedro Pascal, John Leguizamo, Jessica Alba, Minnie Driver, Christie Turlington and Jennifer Grey, over 100K likes and over 10K reposts.

We as creatives and marketers don't have to sit on the sidelines. We have the skills, the talents, the community to add to the conversation in a positive way.

Proof that when you speak authentically and meet culture in real time, people pay attention.
