Marcus hails from Texas, where everything's big, except for a challenge. So, armed with a degree in Advertising from the University of Texas, Marcus eventually headed west to Los Angeles, where he applied his talents on such brands as Nissan, Infiniti, Absolut Vodka, Acura, BMW, Carl's Jr. Hardee's, L.A. Avengers Arena Football, Wells Fargo, Activision and Honda Motorcycles. His work has been honored by the Clios, the One Show, Communication Arts, the Beldings, D&AD, Creativity Magazine, Adweek, American Photo Magazine, Playboy, TBS Funniest Commercials, and even influenced two major motion pictures.

When Marcus isn't creating ads, he enjoys painting, sneaker design and peanut butter smoothies.

Marcus is married to Josianne, a dynamic French Canadian executive producer, and has two amazing kids, Jamison and Ella.
